OnTimeProof II is an online proofing system built for professional prepress use. Unlike similar systems which have a built-in RIP, OnTimeProof II serves preview data from already ripped jobs produced by the Heidelberg Delta RIP (or Harlequin SrciptWorks rips). Previews are viewed using standard browsers and open tools, no proprietary plug-ins are necessary. OnTimeProof II is available as a localized system that can be installed and run by the Delta (or SrciptWorks) user or you can use OnTimeProof II server at www.ontimeproof.com/otp.

The localized version of OnTimeProof II is fully customizable, allowing integration with a company's existing online presence.

OnTimeProof II provides everyone in the process, the Client, agency, designer, prepress and printing groups the capability of remote preview of their files, exactly as they are processed by the target RIP. This allows cost and time-effective changes late in the process, without another hard-copy proof cycle. It also avoids problems inherent in "multiple rip" proofing systems.

There are two navigation menus on the srceen. Upper and lower menus are identical. The lower duplicates the upper, allowing for easier navigation if you are at the bottom of the srceen.

The navigation menu contains the following items:

  • Companies - This section allows you to set up and modify Company accounts.
  • Clients - This section allows you to set up and modify user accounts.
  • Jobs - This section is where you work with jobs;
  • Profiles - This section allows you modify your own profile.
  • Administrators - This section allows authorized administrators to set up and modify other admin accounts and own profile.
  • Settings - This section allows to control the system settings and options, modify e-mails templates and setup and select other design packs
  • Home - Return back to the first system page (loads first when you come into the system);
  • Logout - Log's out from the system
  • Help - Links to online Help and Documentation pages.

NOTE: If You don't have appropriate rights then some menus will not be available for You.

The sections Job and Settings have submenus. The submenu opens when you enter the main section. Clicking the main section item takes you to that section's main page.
